OUR METHODOLOGY
The Bridges & Associates team is made up of individuals who know the value of teamwork, personal commitment, and building lasting relationships. We believe that in order for these to work, we must operate using the principals of integrity, trust, accountability, transparency and open communication. We use these principals to benefit our partnership and if even one of them are missed, there is a breakdown of our partnership with you.

We realize the job market is competitive and it sometimes difficult finding the right candidate, so we use various avenues to source candidates. We vet all our job candidates to ensure we are getting quality candidates that can fill our clients needs. We interview every candidate, we do reference checks, we perform a background check at client request and we assess our candidates skills to ensure they have the skillset to perform the job.

We know that for the client, getting the best candidate to fill their need is always a priority and our goal is to provide real expectations in filling the position. We understand there are other staffing agencies that you can turn to for assistance in filling your need and it would be easier to give you unrealistic timeframes but we are always upfront about where we are in our candidate search. We provide periodic updates to keep you in the loop.

In the staffing industry there are instances where the expectations of the candidate and client do not align. This misalignment leads to unhappy candidates, clients and wasted time and money.
At Bridges & Associates we believe that in order for matches to be made, the expectations of both parties need to be clearly defined. This requires due diligence so that we can ensure we meet everyone needs. We take our time to evaluate each client and candidate to find out what their expectations are, what their short and long term goals are, and what led to the need. Once we have a clear picture of the expectations and needs on both sides, we come up with a solution to meet them. This helps eliminate time and money spent on the wrong placement.
For our candidates, we understand that you may possess the skills needed to perform a specific position, but that is only one part of the equation of making a successful match. The second part of the equation are whether your soft skills, personality and the company's culture are in sync.
