We send you candidates, you interview the candidate, you select the candidate, establish their pay rate, approve time cards and forward them to Bridges & Associates each week. We handle everything else. Our payroll services pay the employee each week, handle all payroll taxes and insurance, including unemployment insurance, workers compensation and disability.
